Our client Olivia faced a serious challenge following the forced closure of her salon during Covid. She struggled to fill her schedule and needed to find an additional activity outside of her hairdressing and pedicure business.
After several difficult years, she decided to turn to our team. This was a very specific case of what is known as local business. Located about 15 km outside Brussels, we opted for a strategy — after carefully analyzing online competition using Google’s planning tools — that initially focused on pedicure services, with the possibility of later converting attention to hairdressing.
The results came quickly, and the choices proved to be the right ones. Today, Olivia is fully dedicated to her activity and gains, on average, between 2 and 4 new clients per week.
