In June 2025, a client commissioned us to create a presentation website for a stunning Californian-style villa nestled in the hills of Cavalaire-sur-Mer. The primary goal was to provide an immersive journey through the villa’s three levels, allowing future guests to gain a very precise sense of the property before renting it.

On traditional rental platforms, it was difficult to fully grasp the layout and distribution of its 400 m² overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. This first stage focused on presentation, as we are also working on implementing a direct booking system for the villa or individual rooms, integrated directly into the site. This system will be bidirectional, connected to the main seasonal rental platforms, in order to prevent issues such as double bookings.

The site was built with search engine optimization in mind, ensuring quick indexing. We dedicated all our expertise to achieving fast results — and indeed, it worked. Today, our client rents directly, without paying heavy commissions.
